Supasonic products are sold with labour and parts warranty (where stated upon purchase). The Technical Support Department provides a customer support line to answer any technical questions about products purchased from Supasonic. We aim to provide a fast, courteous service and above all, expertise on all Supasonic products. Our aim to solve issues that are outstanding and will escalate problem solving to new levels. Be sure to have your invoice and or invoice number handy before calling for technical support and warranty. Technical support given outside warranty period is available but a fee may be applicable.
